I absolutely love this film! My 2nd favourite Marvel film behind X-Men: Days of Future Past and it's climbed up into my top 20 favourites of all time. No joke!

I was shocked how much I loved this movie. I was expecting a good but not great level quality but instead I got one of my favorite movies this decade.

You gotta love children, though. As much as I didn't wanne go see this film, they made me go - and my dear website friends - one of the finest experiences in a movie theater! Go kids, make this world a better place and let not us grown ups clutter it

Except when someone else's kids are sitting right behind you and constantly rummaging plastic wrapping, laughing during dramatic scenes and making fart noises at least twice a minute. Then kids aren't so great.

Despite its simplistic and at points minorly problematic plot and not overly complex villain, this is still a movie I deem a masterpiece not just of its genre, but of modern filmmaking. Hilarious, in-depth, visually stunning, consistently entertaining, some outstanding characters and even more outstanding dialogue, touching, heartwarming. One of the genre's all-time great soundtracks as well, one that you can consider even makes the film. Opening credits sequence? Marvel's best scene ever. I don't know how much more can I praise it. Call me a mindless fanboy, and that's exactly what I am, but we all have our pet loves, and this is one of them for me. Second to The Dark Knight as the best superhero film ever, Marvel's greatest (MCU or otherwise) for sure, and an epic to say the least.

It's filled with one-liners, sight gags and funny moments, sometimes it's too much but when it works, it really works.
