I personally found Fellowship to be the weakest of the trilogy - not bad by any means, just around an 8. The Force Awakens wins for me.
Wow. While Fellowship is probably my favorite LOTR, I always thought its first act moved a bit slow. But The Force Awakens is fast paced from beginning to end and never really lets up. Star Wars gets the edge for me.

Fellowship.
The Force Awakens was great and all, but it can't top The Fellowship of the Ring.

Fellowship is far superior.
I dig LOTR....but Star Wars gets the nod...
