It’s like you guys take pleasure in hating A Ghost Story. This was hard to listen too cause its like you just made up your minds and than didn’t critically think about the movie again or listen to alternative opinions. The pie eating scene not only displayed her grief but also sets the pace of time, so we can see it speed up as the ghost decays. This is one of the most beautiful movies and is in my top 10 all time. I understand some movies just don’t work for people but the way you say it is insulting the viewers and is barely a film is insulting to film makers and your listeners who appreciate the film.

I take no pleasure in disliking any movie. I always hope every film will blow me away, surprise me, and exceed any expectations. Glad it’s in your top ten. We all approach movies differently and it would be dishonest to not be candid with our individual thoughts and feelings. Thankfully there are thousands of films out there – something for everyone! Don’t take it personally. When people hate The Goonies, I don’t take it to heart. I just accept that they just have no souls.
