Marvel crushes DC here. That's coming from someone who didn't like Iron Man 3.

The Killing Joke was animated as if it didn't have a budget. It doesn't help that the first 40 minutes is dull filler. Hell, the rest wasn't overly impressive in itself. Iron Man 3 was a lacklustre, dull story weighed down in over the top visuals and awful plot twists. I will take Killing Joke.
