Coming into this movie, I was looking for another Almost Famous. But very few movies can be as intrinsically satisfying as Almost Famous, and in that regard Singles is a sub par movie that really never captured my interest. The movie betrays it's title, which supposes that it's about being single in the city. This focuses more on relationships, and in a tired way. There is a lot of humor that made me laugh, and that did break up the tediousness of the romances. But at the end of the day, I didn't care what happened to this group of people or there romantic endeavors. 4/10
