It tried way too hard to be funny, and it only worked a fraction of the time. It was pretty average for the most part.

I really liked this film. But I'm sorry for being a cliche but I just have to bring this up. The Edgar Wright version of this film would've been better.

Ant-Mn sums up why the MCU doesn’t work as a whole for me. Yes. They have new characters with unique abilities. But, the arcs, the story, the writing and the structure is just the same so why bother? It’s the same movie as the last 15 just with a different coat of paint. Anyway, this one in particular isn’t that bad but it isn’t anything special. 5/10.

It dabbles in promising areas and has its share of fun scenes and cool visual effects. But it also squanders a lot of its potential by traveling down well-worn and overused paths.
