I Loved this movie. Edward Norton gave such a powerful performance in this extremely masterful film. It captured the angst and boredom of today's modern generation. It has a very surprising ending and the visuals are mindblowing.THESE PEOPLE FIGHT TO FEEL SOMETHING ----anything. YOU WILL BE JOLTED BY THIS POTENT AND MESMERISING FILM.

I want a pay rise! So I may try throwing myself through the bosses glass table and claim for harassment and bullying... anyway.... I've been told there's a bloke who looks me down the local pub... some kick boxing UK champion... haven't me him yet..... which is worrying.... One of the best films... EVER!

People who don't like this movie are the people who don't like anything popular. This film is considered overrated, but that's only because EVERYONE likes it.

Right now Fight Club is glitching on my list. Whenever it faces against a movie in my top 20, the loading bar will freeze up and I'll have to refresh. Its like flickchart doesn't want fight club high on my list...hmmmm

Not too many people appreciate the ending, but I think it is fitting and very ironic. He had to almost kill himself in order to save himself and others in the process.

I think it follows the idea of him "letting go" and shooting himself because he just lets go of his enthusiasm for life and lets go of his agendas. I didn't know people were bothered by the ending. One of the best endings in the history of cinema in my opinion.

The film gets better after every view. You find more themes which run through it. I used to not love the movie but after rewatching, it is great. It brings a unique style to cinema such as Reservoir Dogs or Pulp Fiction does. It is a shame Fincher hasn't kept this reputation after the release of this movie.

At long last, I watched Fight Club. The oft spoken of (despite the first rule) film has entered my lovely grey matter. Fight Club is simply put an amazing film. Dark and gritty with grand performances all around. Fincher's distinctive flavor is all throughout the film. However I must officially say that I am too damn smart for my own good. I called the twist about ten minutes after the appearance of Brad Pitt much to my brother's chagrin who was hoping that I wouldn't call something for once. (He had already seen it, don't worry). Even so, a really great film and I am happy that I finally saw it.

One of the best films ever with 2001, Citizen Kane, The Godfather, Vertigo, A Bout de souffle, The Red circle, Blade runner, Sunrise: a song of two humans, Taxi driver and so on. People should go way deeper into Fight club and analyze it more because there is way more themes in it than the against materialism theme which is the one that everybody always remembers.

It's funny watching this movie in retrospect thinking he's just talking to himself the whole time and it is actually pretty sad for Marla, having to put up with Tyler's insanity and inexplicable behavior. Such a great movie, omg.

It’s alright. What it was saying was poetic and it has a strong third act. Is it one of the best movies ever made? Hell no. It has a lot of plot holes, it’s tonally inconsistent and I couldn’t sympathise with Norton's character.

I don't think it's inconsistent or tonally confused. It has a pretty consistent tone all the way to the end. As for plot holes, what are some of them?

a psychological masterpiece I am always wondering most people love this movie for the wrong reason as well as hating it it is a deep psychological and philosophical analysis the way the narrator lost his sanity and become his alter ego is fascinating.it is one of the best"decency into madness"stories ever told .

A David Fincher classic. The cinematography is slick and stylish, the performances are great from everyone, the writing is great, but what elevates this movie so much is how philosophical this movie is. The satire of consummerism, its critique of authoritarian regimes, critique of toxic masculinity, and existential nature are all immensely captivating and gripping. My one issue with this movie is that it's just too disconnected for me.
