I didn't love the movie, but the sets, costumes, cinematography, and editing are all top notch. There are also a few very good performances.

The performance of the ballet The Red Shoes in the movie was unbelievable. That stretch of about 10 minutes is some of the best filmmaking I’ve ever seen

I just couldnt get into this film. Watched it for historical reasons but noneoftheless this isn't for everyone.
