Probably. Mystery movies tend to confuse me, this one included. But by the time, it was over, I was in love with it. Definitely revisiting this one.

This movie was dragged out WAY too long. The casting kinda sucked, and it was just not that well done.

This movie is absolutely fantastic! Its long, but I didn't feel that it dragged on. It kept me on the edge of my seat for the entire movie and was a lot of fun trying to solve the mystery along with the detectives! Highly recommend this film!

Such a great film. It's realism and attention to detail is what drives the creepiness factor. Probably my favorite David Fincher film.

David Fincher just knows how to make a great serial killer film. This is fantastic, it is almost 3 hours long but never drags.

The only three hour film where you wish it took its time more so that you could dive into the mystery even deeper. A great film.

David Fincher has a near perfect filmography. This is a shining example. A serial killer epic that focuses more on the obsession of one whom wishes to solve the entire case.

It's like Seven but more interesting since it's real

Viewing after viewing, it never fails to draw you in. Fincher's masterpiece.

Masterpiece. It shows what obsession can cause while also being one of the most interesting Crime Thrillers of all time. The fact that it's based on a true story and that the crime scenes were recreated with such attention to detail makes the film both more frightening and more interesting at the same time. Acting is top notch aswell. I've seen it like 5 times already and it becomes more entertaining with every viewing. This film is Fincher's finest work.

Agree with everything here except for the last one. There are a few I consider better, but that just speaks volumes as to how good of a filmmaker Fincher is

I rewatch this movie pretty much every year, and every year it seems to move slightly higher in my ranking of all-time favorites. It really is one of those movies I can keep watching over and over again and keep discovering new things!
This film is a masterpiece. It shows what obsession can do to a person. It masterfully shifts POVs while fooling the audience numerous times as to who the main protagonist actually is. The dialogue is well-written. The characters are all nuanced. The cinematography is fantastic. Everything works in this movie. Wouldn't consider it Fincher's best, but it's very good
