Not anywhere near as good as its predecessor, but a solid sequel nonetheless.

The fact that they turn Rocky into a dumbass in this one hurts the film for me. It has some good stuff in there though.

Stallone captures much of the same look and feel of the original, and it works, even if it lacks the original's underdog appeal.
