Entertaining flick. I think that it would've worked better it it weren't made as a found footage film.

I went into this movie with positive expectations, I came out with even greater expectations. Terrific acting and even better directing by a guy whose first film is this very one. The found footage aspect works great here. See it.

This movie flat out came out of nowhere. I enjoyed it very much and maybe lower expectations may have played a role but regardless, it’s simply a quality film. It’s well structured and each lead character is developed exquisitely. All three are fleshed out and believable and the audience can relate to and understand each person. You really do care as a viewer.

I actually would recommend that people not see the preview for this one before they go see it. Discovering which characters the conflict would grow between was the best part and I think the previews give that away. Also think this would have been better if they hadn't gone with the found footage way of filming so they weren't constantly having to justify why they were having a camera. It's a little ridiculous.

Lord almighty,what a flick. All the aspects of "Chronicle" flawlessly work,spot on. I dare to say this is one of the best Sci-Fi directors debuts ever,head to head with Duncan Jones "Moon". Go watch it. Right now.Seriously.

I thought this was terrible, along with pretty much all of the other 'lost footage/handheld' movies out there. The genre has yet to be done well.
The acting was average at best. The flight scenes looked awful. The angsty, bullied teenager was utterly clichéd.
Not worth my time at all. But definitely go see it if you know nothing about decent cinema.
