It's well shot, but the pacing is pretty bad. It was alright.

A good, nothing special movie. I still thinking it's the best of the franchise.

With all the car chases and action you think your watching just another revenge-o-matic 1970s film. Think again... hidden themes of masculinity are apparent with Max torn between family life and life on the edge as a road cop. A "must-see" as the first chapter in the franchise that started them all.
