A landmark film, but so very boring.

Despite it's racist theme, The Birth of a Nation is a legendary epic that revolutionized not only cinema history, but showed the power that movies actually have on the world. And if you stick with it, it's not so boring!

Forget what I said, this movie is terribly offensive and not worth watching despite any technical achievements. Griffith has other great innovative works worth watching.

Griffith is a great filmmaker, but fuck this movie. It's not innovative, it's shit.
