Just a splendid film here. It has a certain wit and charm about it. At its core, it's simply movie magic. Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn are perfect for this film, never mind the age discrepancy. A top 30 on my chart, and climbing.

I watched this film for the first time today. I feel like I have to watch it again because the last two twists make it pretty confusing but before the last ten minutes it's a sensational mystery film! The acting, the dialogue, the comedy and the suspense are all first class!

I feel asleep near the middle. This one is my second Audrey Hepburn picture and I must say she has an undeniable presence about her, but her acting is so god damn unconvincing. She is dull and unnatural just like in Sabrina. It was not that suspenseful and the filmmaking wasn't all that exceptional to grant it this high of a ranking globally. I think the screenplay is darn good and fun, just a shame the performances and directing left me rather uninspired.
