I think this is the only Miyazaki film that has real romance in it.

Saw it again for the second time since it came out. Had forgotten most of it, but found myself liking it much more than I remembered. A truly wonderful fairy tale, and of course - Miyazaki's animation is some of the best ever. 8/10.

Stunning animation, good score, and some great moments, but I felt it was too long and I was never fully invested in the story.
