I know I'm in a minority here but I've always thought Toy Story 2 was better than the original. There was just something about it that I enjoyed more. It's my personal favourite of the three.

Yeah, I agree with ya buddy. Better writing and animation. Even character development. Toy Story 2 is probably the best Pixar movie ever made.

I would have to disagree. Toy Story 2 is probably the best Pixar movie but Ghibli have much better films than western animations. There are better movies such as Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, Castle in the Sky and the underrated Wolf Children.

Better than the original? No. Funny, well written, emotional and filled with strong characters? Yes!

I didn't like it when I was young, but now I do. It isn't as well-made as the first nor as emotional as the third, but it is a fine movie that involves the love, pity and guilt that a child feels for a favorite toy.
