A complete masterpiece. I honestly can't find one single thing wrong with it. And to think, it all took place in one location. Amazing feat for Henry Fonda on his first and only movie production! Unbelievable. And I didn't even mention his acting. He was superb. Oh, and as good as Fonda was, Lee J. Cobb stole the show!!! Love this film. A true landmark in American cinema history.

Um . . . Yes it is. He only produced one movie. He acted in several, but only PRODUCED one movie.

Am I the only one who think this movie is "just" very good, but not necessarily a masterpiece...? I don't know, maybe it's just a case of overhype, but I kinda expected more based on its reputation... Still, as I said: definitely a very good movie!
