I don't care if I've watched its french version...it's just another pile of superhero crap.

Well, assuming that you don't understand French, it's clear you would be bored since you didn't understand anything other than the direction the movie was going. Give it the benefit of the doubt and wait until the English version drops. Again, this assuming that French isn't your thing.

I'm talking about the fact that I highly dislike dubbed movies. I'd take a movie with subtitles any day over a dubbed movie. I'm really good on French though (my dad was French himself), but I'm just not a fan of these superheroes movies myself.

Alright then, dude. No problem. As a Portuguese guy, I too hate it if they dub live action films, it's incredibly distracting and awkward (animation is ok, though). Though, in my case, even if I did understand French or Arabian or whatnot, I still would rather wait to see a film (especially one that I want to see, since I am a fan of SH movies myself) in English, since technically it is the language it's meant to be watched in. Maybe that was also part of what hurt the CW experience for ya, since, apparently, you did seem to enjoy Winter Soldier and a few other of these Marvel movies. But again, it's all speculation from me. Your opinion is your opinion, fella.

For those watching this amazing flick expecting a lot of action and fun, prepare to enjoy—but rest assured that fun is not the only piece of this superb pie. In fact, I think just about all movie fans will be stunned at how many levels this movie delivers upon. This is a smart and surprisingly deep film that really delivers on every level.

Superb film. Finishes what is now clearly the best trilogy the genre has ever seen.

Utilizing Avengers new and old, they managed to not only recapture lightning in a bottle but they also managed to do so many things differently. Civil War an astounding movie.

What a blast. I still hold Avengers as my fave MCU flick, but this one comes close. That airport sequence was nerdgastic. Plus, they totally nailed Spidey. 9/10

It started off a bit shaky for me, but got better as it went along. Overall it was fun, but I don't like it as much as most people.

overall fantastic its still essentially a captain america film but you see all the avengers strengths and weakness in and out of their costumes might be as a story and action along with commentary and humor the best MCU film to date! it was truly epic one of the best films in a while!

AKA Avengers 2.5...But all kidding aside the Russo brothers once again did a fantastic job with what could've easily been a cluster**ck of a film. Has a couple of the flaws you may have come to expect with a Marvel film at this point but on the whole it is well written, acted, and is never dull.

Overrated as hell, the same shtick Marvel has been dishing out for years but with a hint of depression, a couple new faces, and convolution added on. Not a bad film per se, but my God was this not at all worth the hype.

How is the same? SPOILER

It's more grounded in reality, more political, more mature film.Different formula and the villian actually wins while having belivable motivations?

Other than a couple great practical effects this movie didn't add anything new to the comic book genre. If you like marvel, fast and furious, transformers, or G.I. Joe movies you will love this one.

Some of this movie is terrific but the airport sequence is lame (sorry but it is. It can't go 2 seconds without lead in-joke-pause. It especially feels off that the rest of the movie has very little humour), a lot of characters are needlessly thrown in and the focus a one point shifts from being dialogue-based about the agreement to a full blown Winter Soldier sequel and action spectacle. Still a peg or two better than most Marvel movies!

To be fair, it makes a lot of sense why the airport battle is so...casual. They aren't really taking the fight seriously and are just fighting because they supposedly have to. But the final fight has literally no jokes whatsoever and has an extremely consistent tone. So it's pretty clear that they know when to throw in jokes and when to refrain from it cause they do it pretty well in Civil War

At 147 minutes, Captain America: Civil War is probably a bit too long, but it has enough tense head-to-heads and eye-popping fight scenes to override the odd drop in momentum.
