There is nothing anyone can say against this. This is a masterpiece if the word was ever used. The best movie ever. Plus, the 2nd best film, The Wizard of Oz, is far off from even touching it.

Curtiz é realmente fantástico. Casablanca é um dos filmes mais conceituados ao meu ver.

Casablanca is the great classic I'd expected it to be. But even though it aged really well , it did feel a bit like one of those 'homework-for-movielovers' movie for me.

Easily one of the greatest screenplays ever written. Such great dialogue...

Hollywood classic. The beautiful black-white cinematography, the outstanding performances by Ingrid Bergman and Humphrey Bogart, and the intimate, personal scenes that will always be remembered for as long as there are movies. This is a damn fine movie, one of my all-time favorites.

Casablanca has been my favorite movie for 15 years now, when I first watched it. Exquisite is the adjective that comes to mind as I attempt to ascertain and express my affinity for this iconic and legendary film. Grace and class has never been exemplified more. It's as if Bogart and Bergman were born to play Rick and Ilsa. I don't think I've ever seen two stars exhibit better chemistry than these two legends. As far as I'm concerned, Casablanca will rightfully always be in the conversation when you ask the difficult question, "What's the greatest movie of all time?"

Just finished watching it for the first time. I think it will take some time for me to revere it the same way everyone else does. But, it certainly had its many memorable moments. I'm glad I had the opportunity to experience the awesome that is Humphrey Bogart. ;)

So I was ready and so excited to experience the so called spectacular chemistry between Rick and Lund..... meh...
Chemistry between Rick and Louie were wuite better then. I did though like the characters of louie, Rick and Lund - but it was nothing speciel. Just like the story. Ok but nothing amazing. Dialogue was the best thing, which I quite loved. The movie is very very cliché (guess it wasn't at that time). It didn't do it for me. Can't stand the test of time to be frank

I suppose you like the chemistry Hulk and Thor better. And I suppose The Avengers will stand the test of time and still be adored 73 years from now. Yes, that's how long Casablanca has been around.

Lmao no. There are way better written fictional characters in the time that cinema has existed. But Casablanca is a masterpiece on literally every level

One of the best noir, war, and love stories ever put to film. And possibly the best script ever made among other all-time greats like Chinatown, The Godfather, and Citizen Kane
