I've heard this is a terrific version and am trying to get my hands on a copy. I'm fond of both Branagh's sun-drenched ham fest and Whedon's de-saturated (?) though no-less-lovable contemporization. A little less fond of the BBC Shakespeare Re-Told update from 2005, but that's not to say it's not without its charms. Not the least of which is Billie Piper's Hero which, due to both the performance and the agency written into her character (perhaps to the dismay of purists), may be my favorite to date.
