Certain portions are mind-blowing but it certainly is not at the top of my MCU chart.

Christian Bale as Gorr is great but the rest of this movie is basically your average Marvel comedy.

The Gorr scenes are better than the entirety of Ragnarok.

Marvel released another disappointing movie, wow… I think I actually liked Thor 1 and 2 more than this.

This is the most disappointing MCU movie, not even Iron Man 2 disappointed me that badly

NOTHING has any weight or depth nor does it feel like there are any real consequences. They infected a weak plot with big issues yet, gave none of it any depth, connection or development. So shallow. Worse, I didn't laugh once at the flood of attempted humor. The sad thing is that when Thor: The Dark World is a vastly superior movie you know they are on a terrible path. This is a huge step down from Ragnorok and a genuine disappointment.

Nowhere near as bad as everyone says it is. It's a colorful fun time

It's not bad, but pretty disappointing. The humor isn't very well-written, and is hilariously poorly-timed. There isn't really any breathing room, unlike Ragnarok which actually knew (for the most part) when to make the joke, and when not to make the joke. The movie has positives like Bale's phenomenal performance and Gorr as a character. There are other things, but yeah pretty disappointing movie

Squarely in the middle of the MCU pack (and on the lower end). I might choose it over the first Thor, and would seriously debate The Dark World, but it's a massive step down from Ragnarok, one of my favorite MCU entries.

The story development suffers in favor of the humor, and ultimately the fourth film is not quite as strong as Ragnarok, or even the first film.
