Cold war - spy game - old school - British and subtle.A real brain tester in keeping track of plot, characters, time lines and back stories. Can be watched time and time again. This is not only a journey of revelation for George Smiley (Alex Guiness) but the more times you watch this the more you uncover yourself. Definitely a good subject to discuss with friends. Give this a chance, its 6hours long and is a challenge but very rewarding. I don't think I've done this justice.
