Marvelous. It's insane, and incredibly fun. Honestly one of the better summer blockbusters in recent years; a commendable achievement. And what fantastic critters they put in this thing.

Visually quite stunning, and the design work is amazing. The two leads are sadly 100 % miscast and not believable as action heroes. Quite disappointing. 6/10

Cheesy, uneven, overly ambitious and hell-of-a-lotta-fun. There’s a point in the movie where you either embrace it or dismiss it. I took the former. It might not be The Fifth Element but it’s not a bad substitute.
