This Liam Neeson movie was way better than I was expecting it to be. In fact, it’s his best film and best effort in many years. Liam has spent way too many recent efforts shuffling from pay check to pay check insulting common sense and, frankly, making dumb eye rolling movies. Given his gravitas and high caliber acting talent, I get drawn in to every effort. This time the movie delivers a payoff and a genuinely interesting film. His character is played with believability and what results is a connection filled with actual emotion and tension.
