Thank you for the compliments! Yep, Kubrick is my favorite director. I think his films are both very entertaining and thought-provoking. I'm afraid I don't recognize who your profile picture is, though he looks familiar.

Thanks for the comment! Always nice to awaken and see some kind words on my profile! My picture is of James Cagney, though I suppose I should change it because of my recent obsession with De Niro. Agree with you on Kubrick, but I might say Scorsese's my favorite, whereas Kubrick is technically the best. Regardless, they're both incredible. If that many any sense.

l was just wondering why it was so high on your list.l really love it,the only problem l had with it is that Lawrence is almost too great of a character.Whenever he wasn't on the screen or they weren't talking about him,l thought it felt like the story came to a screeching halt.
