Two movies here that started strong for me, then they each crapped the bed in the final third of the movie. I'm going with 28 Days Later, but it's close. Ultimately, I guess I can't really forgive Spider-Man 3 for screwing up Venom and I get tired of watching the whiny Mary Jane Watson.
Spider-Man 3 easily wins.
