28 Days Later is a nice twist on the zombie movies but The Ring is a uniquely frightening twist on ghost stories. The Ring is a more satisfying view.

The Ring has some bad decisions in it (that horse scene was retarded), but it was pleasantly surprising that it retained any of the atmosphere of the source material. At all. At the end of the day, though, it's still a Hollywood horror movie remake that nobody in the world needs. Gotta be 28 Days Later

I'm a fan of both. I'd rather watch the Ring
