It's clearly the original, I hated that remake, just so pointless.

The original actually holds up pretty well. It gets the job done in 30 fewer minutes too. Going with Lon Chaney and Claude Rains.
Yeah, the original is "better," and does hold up well. But if I'm forced to pick...it's actually the remake.
