The Notorious Bettie Page is a great movie. . .
Bettie Page is my pin up choice.
What we have here is a matchup between a pleasantly sexy movie starring the lovely Gretchen Mol vs. an earthshaking sleaze and cheese epic starring the force of nature Elizabeth Berkley. The Notorious Bettie Page is a good movie with quality nudity, but Showgirls takes cinema to a whole new level. There are so many scenes of hilarity and passion and wonder in Showgirls that The Notorious Bettie Page is merely a cute diversion. Nobody can honestly say that Gretchen Mol brings to the table with her performance the same divine gusto that Elizabeth Berkley does. Showgirls is one of a kind.
