Instinctively, I 'want' to go with The Northman here, but I feel like that might be the recency bias talking because I just saw The Northman this week and was absolutely blown away by it, whereas it's been a while since I saw King of Comedy... I'm willing to bet The Northman will be considered a classic in the future, but as for now, I think I'll still go with what is 'possibly' my favourite Scorsese movie!
