I gotta go with Labyrinth just based on how many more times I watched it than Willow. Willow really did kinda hold up better, I think, however.

Labyrinth has the songs and the puppets. Willow has the special effects and short folks. Both have George Lucas. I'm going with Labyrinth but they both made my childhood extra special.
