Despite the plot not really moving along much in Halloween kills it is the better film. Jason's reboot struggles due to poor dialogue, lighting issues for the night-time scenes and just lacks energy.

Friday the 13th (2009) is one of my favorite installments in the series, but I give Halloween Kills the edge. And in case you missed it, evil dies tonight.
