A couple of movies where kidnappers mess with the wrong guy. The stakes are high in both films. In the case of Taken, Liam Neeson must rescue his daughter from sex traffickers. In Cell Block, Vince Vaughn must pulverize a number of people to rescue his wife from drug dealers intent on doing something unspeakable. Cell Block is much more brutal than Taken, which is fairly violent on its own. Taken is a good action film, but not much else. Cell Block has more dramatic punch and the ending will stay with me much longer.
