These are a couple of Alfred Hitchcock's patented "man on the run" thrillers. North by Northwest is one of his best films, while Frenzy is, well...not. Hitchcock was well past his prime by the time he made the mediocre Frenzy, and it really shows. In a perfect world, he would've retired after Psycho (or The Birds, I guess).

Frenzy is good, but North by Northwest is a timeless masterpiece.

North by Northwest is iconic a great film in every single way a true blockbuster of fun and film making.
