wow. this matchup is incredibly difficult. brilliant story and visuals in Fight Club. one of Bill Murray's funniest roles ever. I think I'll have to give the nod to Fight Club... but it's a close one for me.

Tough call for me too, as I am a HUGE Bill Murray fan. But I'm going with 'Fight Club' as well since it was a changing movie experience for me.

Have to go with Fight club too. It just has a lot more to offer than the brilliant Groundhog Day.

Both moved me in very different ways. I'll go totally with heart on this one: Despite the fact that i watched Fight Club a million times,Groundhog day really connected personally with me,and made me trully review some things in my life very,very deeply. =)

Fight Club. Groundhog Day doesn't have anywhere near the same amount of re-watchability.

Depends what mood you are in for this one. A lighthearted comedy vs. a grim philosophy on contemporary life. I will pick fight club because it is more eye opening although Groundhog day is really great.
I'd rather be watching Groundhog Day...

Groundhog Day wins and wins big in this case. Fight Club is vastly overrated.

Both incredibly different films to the point that they're almost tough to compare. Clearly a position of personal preference, but if you placed down both films in front of me and forced me to watch one, the comedy and writing of Groundhog Day is going to be much more alluring than two hours of machoism.
