Wow, two loads of crap to choose from.... I suppose Jumanji is slightly more bearable plus it has no Jar Jar binks.

"Jumanji" might not have Jar Jar Binks, but it also doesn't have that lightsaber battle between Qui-Gon and Darth Maul, or "Duel of the Fates" by John Williams in its soundtrack. "Phantom Menace" gets the nod.

I LOVED Jumanji when I saw it as a kid, and I still think it holds up well. I'm choosing it.
I can't avoid the Jedi allure and give Phantom a shallow win here.

"Phantom Menace" has better individual scenes, but "Jumanji" is a much better watch as a whole; "Phantom Menace" also has some unbearable scenes, whereas "Jumanji" has weak scenes that are still bearable.

From what I can remember is that Jumanji was very annoying, lame, awkward, and stupid.
Jumanji is far better in my eyes.
