Both horror threes are good not great Friday 13 three is more Iconic (Hockey mask) but Scream 3 has better production and humor overall a very good sequel! its hard to pick against Friday 13th 3 but Im going Scream 3 here!
Friday the 13th Part 3 is much better, but Scream is the best franchise at all.

Scream 3. Charismatic characters that we love; a actual plot; and really good moments. Friday the 13th Part 3 kind of sucked at all.
