TND is probably the better movie, but I slightly prefer A View to a Kill.

Overall, I consider the Pierce Brosnan era in the 007 series a bit better than the Roger Moore era, and this matchup reflects as much.

I was a bit underwhelmed by TOMORROW NEVER DIES in 1997, but man has it grown on me! There are things I dig about A VIEW TO A KILL, but it's also harangued by some glaring flaws. Brosnan > Moore this time.

A View to a Kill is worst James Bond movie

^Eh, I don't think I would personally go THAT far, although I understand people who think it's the worst. Tomorrow Never Dies is probably the most underrated Bond film. Keep your dated GoldenEye, Tomorrow Never Dies is my kind of flick.
