Here are the problems of inception: A) DiCaprio did the same thing better in Shutter Island, B) Chris Nolan continues to not know what to do with talented actresses, and C) was there anyone in the movie worth caring about besides Leo? if so, Why?

The Thin Red Line is a genuinely medative masterpiece on the effects of warfare on the men who fight set in spectacularly filmed scenery. Inception is OK, but vastly over-rated.

I actually love Inception and think it's a commendable achievement, but it can't stand up to Malick's second best masterpiece.
