Spiderman is nowhere near as good as its sequel, but it's still a solidly made film and it brought about a new era in superhero films. Despite its flaws (crappy effects, some EXTREME moments of camp and silliness), I enjoyed it immensely. I did not, however, enjoy The Lost World: Jurassic Park. I liked the first film, and this film wasn't heinously awful, it was just very mediocre and very poorly done when it could have been made so much better. So, Spiderman wins by a long shot.

Both movies taht aren't technically great but I have a giant soft spot towards.
