Big Night is an humorous, generally likable comedy with some memorable lines - "Do you know what happens in that restaurant every night? RAPE! RAPE!... The rape of cuisine." Tony Shalhoub and Ian Holm are both great. The Green Mile, though... where's the entertainment? Michael Clarke Duncan getting fried, a grown man pissing himself, cruelty toward rodents... goddamn that movie. Well, a grown man pissing himself can be entertaining under the right circumstances. I hate The Green Mile, regardless.
