To me, The Dark Knight Rises cannot beat one of my favorites from Kubrick

The Shining is way overrated, but still better than TDKR. Too many plot holes

Both are way to overrated. I find Batman more entertaining though. Way too many plot holes is a good way to describe it.

The Dark Knight Rises is incredibly overrated. There's a tonne of plot holes, a weak climax and boring characters. The Shining leaves a haunting impression and is filled with symbolism and they're two things I want in a movie! The Shining undoubtedly!

I mean the Shining just crushes the worst Dark Knight Rises film in every way.

The Shining is great but it is no 2001, which I think is the only Kubrick that stands with Nolan's Batman
TDKR by the slightest margin
The Shining isn't even my favorite Kubrick film, yet it stil dominates
