Easily two of the funniest comedies in existence.

Both brilliant comedies. Duck Soup had great dialogue and plenty of slapstick but Monty Python had even greater dialogue and less slapstick. I love both but I laughed harder during Monty Python than Duck Soup.

The two best comedies ever made. I'll pick Duck Soup because I can still hum the songs as well as quoting the entire damn movie.

Marx vs Python, two of the greatest comedy troupes of all time and possibly their greatest films. In this case I'm going with the Poms over the Yanks. Monty Python wins this one.
Marx Bros movies generally do nothing for me...I'll go with Monty Python...

I do love Monty Python more than Marx brothers but this matchup goes to Duck soup
