Two of the greatest CB sequels of all-time. Avengers takes it and so so in epic fashion.

I've seen Avengers once in theaters so until I see it again X2 wins this. I think X2 is the second best sequel behind Dark Knight. I do Love Avengers 1 so this one will be no different. Too early to beat X2 though.

Pure greatness. X2 was a vast improvement over X-Men. AoU took the ball Avengers handed off and ran with it. Avengers was great and AoU didn't flinch in paying it off.
