Wonder Woman was as good as I expected it to be. However, Man of Steel gets better and better every time I watch it. I'm going with Man of Steel.
These two are the best offerings of DCEU so far. Neither are great or very good, but passable. MoS didn't bore me, but I don't agree with a lot of choices Snyder made with the film. WW's main two problems are that it is not nearly as exciting as it should be, and that Gal Gadot doesn't quite fit the role of Diana.

Wonder Woman. MoS was too messy and I didn't feel any chemistry between Lois & Clark unlike Diana & Steve which worked really well.
Man of Steel is as bad, dreary and dumb as it gets. EVERYTHING Wonder Woman is not. No contest here at all.
Man of Steel is solid, but Wonder Woman for more levity and easier to follow action scenes

Both movies are really underrated. I love both movies. I'd have to give the slight edge to Wonder Woman because it has better pacing and more rewatchability.
I was just not impressed with Wonder Woman.

Wonder Woman
Man of Steel is literally one of the worst CBM ever made. Wonder Woman at least had Gal Gadot mesmerizing in every scene.

Both are amazing origin stories for some of the most iconic characters in fiction. I would lean more towards Man of Steel, because while WW is great, the final act isn't as strong as the rest, whereas the final act of MOS is some of the best material in any superhero movie to date.

Both are called the best of the DCEU, which already is wrong, but they'd still be bad. Both are broken to the core and everything collapse on themselves. Both just drag on and on and on. But WW has tiny crumbs of ideas I like. MOS the more I look at it, the more it snaps it's own neck harder then Zod's neck! so WW, even though both are like, 2/10.

The Man of Steel wins because Zod was truly good and evil unlike God of War with the Mustache.
