Meh. Not a huge fan of either of these. I guess The Blues Brothers wins right now because I feel like I'd like it more upon a rewatch, whereas I'm not sure I'd get into Top Hat anymore.

Neither offer much in way of story, but Top Hat has some awe-inspiring dance sequences. That's enough for it to win here easily.
