Wow, this one's tough. Twister is an underrated action movie with a surprising amount of heart and comedy, and Starship Troupers is a sharp, witty action/sci-fi parody. I think I have to give it to Twister, because it totally knocked my socks off when I was 14 on the big screen. I was truly on the edge of my seat.

"Starship Troopers" has a much more rewarding payoff; "Twister" is actually rather anti-climactic outside of the visual effects. Still, I'm going with "Twister" for being a movie I'm much more likely to want to re-watch.
