Gah, possibly two of the worst remakes of all time ... not to mention two of the worst movies. How to choose between these atrocities?
Uh. How are these terrible? I really liked them both. Even more than the originals, which haven't aged well at all. Anyway, I liked War of the Worlds even more.

I like 'em both. Kong is admittedly too long, but I have to go with it here, as I enjoy all aspects of it, despite its length. (It's kind of like Jackson's Extended LOTR films that way....)

King Kong wins this one. It´s amazing how they managed to give feelings to the CGI-Monster.
