Kinda surprised no one has commented on this given the things they share, Fifty Shades of Grey starting out as some kind of warped Twilight fanfic. This is actually tough because while Fifty seems more obviously worse, i have to hate Twilight more for what it did to the vampire genre.
Twilight had better acting but they both are hard to sit through.
