Unusual comparison, but I think 'The Wicker Man' wins purely by the originality of its execution. 'The Omen' does have the better soundtrack, though...
The Wicker Man is one of those cult following movies that just seems silly to me today. It isn't remotely scary, more hilarious than anything. The Omen isn't scary either...but it is executed better than The Wicker Man...

Similar movies, both mystery horror with a grim ending. The Wicker Man is slightly better for me, there was something about it that just creeped me out more so than The Omen, I think it's the small town Scottish islanders wearing absurd masks.
